I was invalved in an accident, taken away by ambulance, and me vehicle was towed to MAK towing, they wouldn't let me drive it out, they wouldn't let me take pictures, i was injured and had to get my school books out and they wouldn't let anyone come with me to carry my stuff. I had to pay their storage and towing fee, and i had a diffrent tow company go pick it up, and they wouldn't let the other tow company take it till i paid the fees AGAIN!! they tried to double charge me!!! after having to drive all the way down there AGAIN and threatening to take them to court they finally released my truck, after 3 hours of arguing with them
