First let me say that I seldom if ever take the time to write reviews because I believe in ""shopping with my feet."" Secondly, to share a little info - I was in the service business (technical service) providing service to a wide range of customers for approximately 30 years so I understand what's involved in that business. Obviously I've been a customer many times as well. I'm here today almost daring you readers to find any place of business (especially a computer store - big box or mom & pop) anywhere which will provide you with the level of service and satisfaction you will receive when doing business with Major Computer Industries. I have had both a business and personal association with this company and its management for a lot of years. Every single experience I have had with Major Computer has been a positive one. I certainly will not engage in personal attacks here but I have to wonder what was going on with the poster of the comment dated 8/24/2010 that particular day. From my experiences with Major Computer, I have to assume that ""KimberlyWat"" was having an extremely bad day and was possibly a bit delusional. I can't say what happened that day but I do know that this one person's comment does not even come close to anything I have witnessed happening in that shop over the many years I have done business there. I do know that being frustrated over a situation that might not have gone exactly as you think it should have, has the ability to make some individuals write and or say things that might not be completely true. I think that probably plays a part in the 'real truth' regarding ""KimberlyWat’s"" experience. Personally I intend on continuing to give Major Computer Industries all of my computer business.
