All I can say is STAY AWAY. The adage that the customer is always right has never been uttered by the older man that runs this shop. He has a scary short fuse and screamed at me. They take forever to do the most simple of tasks. I mistakenly trusted these guys and prepaid for a part and installation. I was promised I would not go to the back of the line again (I had already waited 5 days the time before after being promised 2). I was assured the part (a new Dell laptop keyboard) would only take 10 minutes to install. I went to drop my laptop off and could give him 48 hours to install the keyboard he had promised could be done in 10 minutes when he was trying to get my money. He would not promise to get it done in the 48 hours. He refused to refund the cost for labor. He screamed at me to, ""GET THE HELL OUT OF MY SHOP"" when I reminded him that he promised me it would take 10 minutes when I came back. I have never received a refund for the work he DID NOT DO. I think that shows a lack of integrity. This is not what you expect from a local, small-town business. \r
