My experience with Majestic Property Management has been great. I recently signed my lease with them for another year. I love my yard, my space, and my neighbors. I initially looked at a couple of different properties and, when I saw this, I knew it was the one. At the time, I was unemployed, but Majestic worked with me financially so that I could get the place I wanted. Just today at the grocery store, I recommended them to a friend who was looking to move. Thanks for everything! more

I really like Majestic Property Management's late rent policy. Before using Majestic as my property manager I had tenants that chronically paid the rent late each month. Now if a tenant pays late, Majestic collects the late fee first (before collecting rent). This has changed the behavior of my tenants and now they always pay the rent on time. I am sure glad to have Majestic as my property manager. more

Majestic manages multiple properties for me. What I noticed about them is that they are very knowledgeable. A lot of experience. They can handle all of the sticky situations that might arise while renting out my homes. Highly recommend!! more

Great management! The Majestic Property Management assisted me in obtaining a new real estate loan from Majestic Mortgage Services with a much smaller principal balance!! My experience with them has been nothing but great and I have recommended them to all my friends!! more

I have known Richard H.T. the owner of Majestic Property Management, for 2 years. During that time, Majestic managed many properties for one of my friends who is an investor. I saw he was successful using Majestic's services. So when I purchased my own rental property in Stockton, I felt very comfortable in using Majestic. I liked the fact that Majestic used a team approach to management.Majestic's many staff members are most always available to answer my questions whether it is related to accounting, maintenance or sales (placing a tenant). To me, each staff member is well qualified in their area of expertise. On occasion, I was glad to see that Richard made himself available to speak with me directly if an issue came up which required his personal attention. more

They do the right thing 5/16/2011

Majestic Property Management has been managing my rental property for approximately 4 years. My property is unique in that it is in a retirement community. The property has a strict HOA which monitors the property regularly to ensure that the HOA rules and regulations are followed. They have done an excellent job in managing my property keeping to the HOA rules. Since I am on a budget, they always have called me to discuss estimates for repairs. Their charges are competitive but if they go over budget they are forthright on crediting my account to ease my cash flow. They are honest and do what they say. They do the right thing and treat me as a customer. I am not just an account to them but a real person. more

At the time, I was unemployed, but Majestic worked with me financially so that I could get the place I wanted. Majestic has always been there for me if I ever have something that needs to be done. When I call or go in to the office, everyone is very personable and sweet. Richard knows me by first name -- I am not just another tenant -- and he really listens to me. I initially decided to use Majestic Property Management because of their pricing and the initial conversation I had with them. They were straightforward and clear in terms of their pricing, which made me feel very comfortable working with them. There were no hidden marketing fees. Everything was upfront. They managed my property for about a year. My experience with them was great. I have no complaints.I look forward to using Majestic Property Management again. G.G. more

Majestic Property Management has provided us with outstanding service. We are currently renting a property from them, and are planning to have them manage another property for us soon. From our first dealings with Majestic about 3 months ago, they have been very straightforward and trustworthy. They take care of business. When you ask them to do something, they get the job done right away -- that day or the next. They also are good people -- nice, humble and family-oriented. They are the only one in Stockton I would use. 6/1/2009

I decided to use Majestic Property Management because they were very responsive and quick. Also, they treated me and my property as they would treat their own business. I have been very pleased with Majestic Property Management so far. They found renters for my property in one week. They are very honest and they try to do their best. I would definitely recommend Majestic. My advice would be that you call and talk to them about your questions and concerns. They will hear you and try to help you. Wenjie D. more

Professional. Reliable. Accommodating. 3/25/2009

We had two rental properties prior to working with Majestic Property Management. We are a busy family with three children, and wanted some help finding renters for the properties. I initially spoke with Richard, the owner, who made me feel at ease. He was very accommodating and he answered all my questions. The process was easy, which made it great doing business with him. Since December 2008, we have purchased four more properties. We have turned three of the four over to Majestic Property Management. I would recommend Majestic Property Management because they are very professional. They treat you with respect no matter what the situation is. They always have time for you. more

I called Majestic Property Management because I needed a renter for my property. They had good immediate phone contact, and our relationship moved forward from there. I would recommend Majestic Property Management for their consistency and accessibility. The price is also consistent with the current marketplace in terms of the percentage they take on the rental property. Majestic Property Management really makes a point of being there for you. If they say they are going to get a renter for your property, they will do it. They put a big emphasis on follow-through. I would definitely use them again. more
