Majestic Property Management has been managing my rental property for approximately 4 years. My property is unique in that it is in a retirement community. The property has a strict HOA which monitors the property regularly to ensure that the HOA rules and regulations are followed. They have done an excellent job in managing my property keeping to the HOA rules. Since I am on a budget, they always have called me to discuss estimates for repairs. Their charges are competitive but if they go over budget they are forthright on crediting my account to ease my cash flow. They are honest and do what they say. They do the right thing and treat me as a customer. I am not just an account to them but a real person.
