I called Majestic Property Management because I needed a renter for my property. They had good immediate phone contact, and our relationship moved forward from there.
I would recommend Majestic Property Management for their consistency and accessibility. The price is also consistent with the current marketplace in terms of the percentage they take on the rental property.
Majestic Property Management really makes a point of being there for you. If they say they are going to get a renter for your property, they will do it. They put a big emphasis on follow-through.
I would definitely use them again.
