As a real estate investor, the “numbers” are very important to me. I want to know exactly where I stand with my income and expenses. Most property managers provide disappointingly simplistic financial reports which leave me unimpressed. Majestic Property Management, on the other hand, provided me in-depth accounting and financial data. Upon request, Majestic gave me quarterly cash flow statements, year to date income and expenses, 12 Month Budget Comparison reports, Year over Year comparison reports showing income and expenses this year compared to last year, a Property Comparison report showing the operating results of all my properties side-by-side on 1 report and forward looking projections based on historical data for my properties. If you are an “analytical type” like me, don’t accept mediocre reports when you can get in-depth reporting from Majestic.\r more

I own a very unique property which backs to a lake in one of the most desirable parts of town. I used to manage the property myself because I did not want anyone messing with my stuff. Initially, Majestic Property Management found me a tenant and I managed the day to day rental activities myself. I was so impressed with the quality of the tenant and the meticulous tenant screening they did, a few months latter I gave Majestic full management duties of my gorgeous home. I entrusted my baby to Majestic because they are a very hands on manager that pays close attention to all aspects of property management. I thought I was a great manager but Majestic is even better giving me peace of mind and freedom knowing they are taking care of business for me\r more

I own 2 rental properties in Elk Grove, CA. I switched to Majestic Property Management because of the way they do business compared to all previous property managers I’ve used. What I particularly liked about Majestic is that I get my net rent check fast (by the 5th of the month) electronically deposited directly to my account. My previous property manager sent me a physical check between the 20th and the 30th of the month which is extremely slow. I am very impressed by the efficiency and performance of Majestic. Everything Majestic does is fast; they pay me faster, they rent my vacancies faster, they call me back faster and they handle my turnarounds faster. Time is money so if speed is important to you, I recommend you call Majestic today\r more

I was using a low cost property manager thinking I was saving money. Come to find out, it cost me much more to work with them than I thought. I did not realize how much I was loosing with a discount management fee company in terms of vacancy time (2 or 3 months of lost rent), turnover cost (replacing carpet, paint, blinds, etc) and eviction cost on my overall return. I switched to Majestic Property Management because of their superior management. I was told Majestic was the “most expensive” company in town. In reality, however, Majestic delivered the lowest cost overall, even with their higher management fees, over the long run taking into account evictions, turnaround cost and vacancy time. Majestic rents my homes in 2 weeks (not 2 months). I never had an eviction with Majestic and my turnaround cost is minimal. When one of my rental properties went vacant, I shopped around for a property manager and was shocked at what I found. Most companies did not answer the phone, did not call me back for 3 to 4 days and had an attitude that I was bothering them. If they treated me like this before they got my business, I can’t imagine how rudely I would be treated if I signed up with them. I am pleased to say that Majestic Property Management, however, was different. Majestic answered their phone, promptly returned my call the same day, and was friendly & very professional. They went in-depth explaining their services and sent me an information packet over the Internet. Majestic seems to be right sized; not too big to be unresponsive but big enough to get the job done. Rental Income from REO???s? You bet 5/24/2012

I manage Real Estate Owned (REO) assets for some of the largest banks in the country. We wanted to release our REO?s gradually not to have a large downward effect on local real estate prices. Specifically in Stockton, CA, we needed a company with a proven track record for renting and selling homes. We selected Majestic Property Management to manage the rental of our REO?s giving us income while we waited to release our REO?s for sale. Majestic is well-seasoned to handle difficulties of the Stockton market; not only with our rentals, but with the real estate sales as well. Thank you Majestic, for being there when we need you. more

I initially spoke with Richard, who made me feel at ease. He was very accommodating and he answered all my questions. The process was easy, which made it great doing business with him. more

I decided to use Majestic Property Management because they were very responsive and quick. Also, they treated me and my property as they would treat their own business. I have been very pleased with Majestic Property Management so far. They found renters for my property in one week. They are very honest and they try to do their best. more

I have been very happy with Majestic Property Management. Having experienced other property managers, I know what a good property manager is and I really appreciate them. Prior to Majestic, I had another property manager that I was very unhappy with, so I called the Better Business Bureau. Someone referred me to Richard with Majestic and I talked to him and read the contracts that he sent me. Everything seemed to be in order. They manage multiple properties for me and usually respond quickly if I call with a question. About 90-percent of the time, they get right back to me with the answer and I do not have to call them back. When they could not answer a couple of my questions immediately, they found out the answer and followed up with me. I highly recommend Majestic Property Management. They are honest and principled, and I think it is difficult to find honest, principled people to manage your property. more

Majestic Property Management really helped me out in getting a new real estate loan from Majestic Mortgage Services with a significantly smaller principal balance. The mortgage consultants they set me up with were exceptionally professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

I hired this property management to manage my property in Stockton while I was out of state. They have done an extremely good job! They monitored my home like they claimed they would and I paid for landscaping expenses, my lawn looks great. They did a great job. more
