I have been very happy with Majestic Property Management. Having experienced other property managers, I know what a good property manager is and I really appreciate them. Prior to Majestic, I had another property manager that I was very unhappy with, so I called the Better Business Bureau. Someone referred me to Richard with Majestic and I talked to him and read the contracts that he sent me. Everything seemed to be in order. They manage multiple properties for me and usually respond quickly if I call with a question. About 90-percent of the time, they get right back to me with the answer and I do not have to call them back. When they could not answer a couple of my questions immediately, they found out the answer and followed up with me. I highly recommend Majestic Property Management. They are honest and principled, and I think it is difficult to find honest, principled people to manage your property.
