After using Colley's for a number of years to open our inground pool, we tried Majestic Pools & Spas. The technician that arrived was pleasant but after he left it was obvious he didn't know how to open our particular pool. We had multiple plugs still left in along the wall and drains, and staiway jets were improperly installed.
I called to complain and I was told, ""We understand and we will take care of it."" Four months later, we receive a bill showing late changes. I call again and explain what happened. Again I was told, """"We understand and we will take care of it."" Unfortunately, now three months later - they have turned us over to collections. In total, that makes one bill and two phone calls only to be lied to that they would take care of it - and then drop it into collections. Great! So much for a company standing behind the services they provide. Now I get to spend my time and credit rating fighting it.
At the time of this writing, the BBB shows that they have had 18 complaints logged against them - many related to quality of service. I should have been wiser to check there or another online service before using them.
For all the other ""unaware"" - beware and stay away!
