Mail Post

I have been a delighted customer at Mail Post for more than 12 years. They have printed hundreds of booklets and documents for me as well as faxes, copies, and mailings. Never a single complaint. I've know the previous owner and the present owners who are honest, generous people who care about customers and providing quality service. more

I would, hands down, give this place zero stars.. but that's not possible. A week ago, I sent an important mail, which had important documents (social security, insurance, financial, and personal information) to Olympia, Washington. Instead, my mail got sent to New Orleans, LA. Also, I sent two mails a few months ago, and only one got sent while the other (which also had important documents) got ""lost"" and was never sent. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to send a simple mail which has directions on it. Honestly, this can only happen if you are really retarded and stupid. Since all you have to do is put it in the right basket to be sent to one location. The Mail Post in Pine Lake has horrible service with people who can NOT work. Also, the manager is some stupid bitch who doesn't even say sorry when something goes wrong. She just says, ""Let me call the owner and get back to you"". You're the f*cking manager.. you manage the place so you should know what to do! Dumb sh*t! The owner seriously needs to find better people to work at her stores or she will be losing way more customers than just me and all the people I know. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE! P.S. - They are really expensive for some sh*tty service! It's best to just go to the postal office directly. more

I went to the mail post to fax my husband's medical records to his doctor. He was all the way in Everett waiting because the doctor could not see him without the records. It cost me over $26 to fax. I have mild dyslexia which caused me to transpose a number on the fax cover sheet so the records did not make it to my husband's doctor. I went back to the Mail Post to re-fax them thinking it would be no problem and they wouldn't charge me. Boy, WAS I WRONG! I explained my situation to the clerk, a middle aged woman with ugly glasses, brown hair and huge bangs, she had no sympathy and told me it was my fault because I wrote down the wrong number. I was so shocked and furious it brought me to tears!! $26 for a transposed fax!! and they wanted to charge me AGAIN for a simple mistake. I got the owner's number and she had me drive to the other Mail Post down the street so she could re-fax the documents for me at no charge. The owner was nice on the phone but that clerk was AWFUL. I will NEVER go to the Mail Post EVER AGAIN. I would rather drive down to the Issaquah post office. When I told my friends about the incident they said they've had problems with that same clerk being rude and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend going there if you want to be treated fairly with respect and decency. more
