Review content:
This is the business to go to if you want the experience from Hell. From their maids, to the administration arena, to management, they're a terrible company to work with. They are not a member of the BBB. When we filed a complaint with the BBB, there was nothing the BBB could do after our rebuttle because they are not members. Additionally, they are rude on the phone, they are deceptive and accusatory. Our situation is to long to explain. Please, as a business owner myself, DO NOT use this company. Take your time and look for someone else. I would take them to court if the item broken was worth more than $40.00. The worse part is the inference that my wife was not telling the truth! Fortunately she had a witness, me. Photos aren't any help either if you should have a problem.
