I was not pleased with the service. Several key places were left unattended. Some trash bins not emptied. Windows are not even included in the service. I spoke with Greg, the manager, and explained my dissatisfaction with the service. It took me nearly an hour and a half to complete the clean after the service. Greg tried to justify his staff missing trash bins that blend in, why areas not directly inside the house were omitted (patio/front door/mudroom) and that most people don't want their windows cleaned. I cancelled the service after the first routine clean. Greg offered a $25 refund for the $175 service I wasn't satisfied with. Thanks Greg. more

Maid Brigade is World Class 9/5/2012

There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house. When I say clean, I mean sparkling. The cleaning crew doesn't miss anything. They even fold the towels and toilet paper like you see in hotels. I love those little touches as you know they are going the extra mile. \r \r Everyone I've communicated with at the company, from the schedulers to the cleaning staff, have been extremely professional and very nice. I've recommended Maid Brigade to all of my friends. more

Worth Every Penny! 10/21/2011

Maid Brigade has been our cleaning service for 2 years and I love it! Staff are consistently friendly, thorough, and respectful that I work from home and can have few distractions. I chose this company b/c they offer subsidized child care and benefits to their staff. When you take care of people, people tend to take care of their job. Outstanding service! Thank you, MB. more

Great Service! 10/21/2011

I have been using Maid Brigade for about 4 years now. They have always shown up at the promised time, and do a really good job in cleaning my two-bedroom home. I have MS and am not able to do a very good job myself, so their help is invaluable to me. Their rates have always been as quoted, and if I need any extra services provided they are always ready and willing to do them, for a reasonable amount. My crew is normally 2-3 people. I guess it just depends on who they have scheduled??? At any rate, they are always hard at work (no gabbing or loafing around), and it usually takes about 1 1/2 hrs. to do my home. If ever I find a task that was not done to my satisfaction, or see cobwebs that I had hoped they would catch, etc., they are most anxious to make it right. Each time they come to clean, they leave a satisfaction card for me to fill out and send back. Almost all of the time, I find their work to be excellent. They have meetings each morning to discuss that day's appointments, making sure that everyone is briefed on your specific home. A very few times, they have had minor accidents and broken a few small items. They have ALWAYS brought it to my attention immediately, and Sarah in the office, is always ready and willing to work with me, either by replacing the item, or giving me extra cleaning time at no extra charge. I am quite pleased with them, and feel that they truly do care about their customer's satisfaction. The crews are always friendly and quite courteous. I plan to use Maid Brigade for many years to come! more

Thorough & Friendly! 10/21/2011

I love Maid Brigade! I have used this service for 2 years and have found staff to consistently be polite, thorough, efficient, and friendly. I have regularly scheduled service but they are great about last minute help for parties, etc. They even understand the importance of the dog to the family and always are friendly and chatty with the 130 pound greeter. Professional and consistent staff! more

It's so nice to know that when you come home, your house will be clean up to your standards. I appreciate working with the owner and his crews are always efficient and friendly. Sometimes there's a bit of a language barrier, but overall, I was very pleased with their service. more

Very organized...detail oriented 11/2/2008

It was a great experience. I have only used independents in the past. I thought they did a ""good"" job but was amazed at the amount of room for improvement I could get with a professional service. I don't know if all services do such a great job, but wow, Maid Brigade sure did.\r Pros: details details details Cons: Pricey...but Value is Great. If I wanted a Geo Metro, I would have gone a different route. Hello Mercedes more

Up front and followed through 10/17/2008

I have had a few ""services"" help me out in the past. One thing that I noticed when calling Maid Brigade is that they were very thorough in finding out what I needed done. Maybe some people do like the blanket quote of ?it is ___ per hour?, however I liked the fact that they worked through the details before giving me an estimate. I received the estimate but wanted to check out a couple of other services. When I called back, I had stated that there were other services that were cheaper. They acknowledged that there are ?cheaper services out there but that Maid Brigade isn?t a cheap service?. I decided to go with a service I would be confident in and chose Maid Brigade. WOW, Did they get the details! They scrubbed all the switch plates and even took a paintbrush to the woodwork and louvered doors. Well worth my money. Pros: Detailed, forthright Cons: Higher prices but worth it. more
