I have been using Maid Brigade for about 4 years now. They have always shown up at the promised time, and do a really good job in cleaning my two-bedroom home. I have MS and am not able to do a very good job myself, so their help is invaluable to me. Their rates have always been as quoted, and if I need any extra services provided they are always ready and willing to do them, for a reasonable amount. My crew is normally 2-3 people. I guess it just depends on who they have scheduled??? At any rate, they are always hard at work (no gabbing or loafing around), and it usually takes about 1 1/2 hrs. to do my home. If ever I find a task that was not done to my satisfaction, or see cobwebs that I had hoped they would catch, etc., they are most anxious to make it right. Each time they come to clean, they leave a satisfaction card for me to fill out and send back. Almost all of the time, I find their work to be excellent. They have meetings each morning to discuss that day's appointments, making sure that everyone is briefed on your specific home. A very few times, they have had minor accidents and broken a few small items. They have ALWAYS brought it to my attention immediately, and Sarah in the office, is always ready and willing to work with me, either by replacing the item, or giving me extra cleaning time at no extra charge. I am quite pleased with them, and feel that they truly do care about their customer's satisfaction. The crews are always friendly and quite courteous. I plan to use Maid Brigade for many years to come!
