I was not pleased with the service. Several key places were left unattended. Some trash bins not emptied. Windows are not even included in the service. I spoke with Greg, the manager, and explained my dissatisfaction with the service. It took me nearly an hour and a half to complete the clean after the service. Greg tried to justify his staff missing trash bins that blend in, why areas not directly inside the house were omitted (patio/front door/mudroom) and that most people don't want their windows cleaned. I cancelled the service after the first routine clean. Greg offered a $25 refund for the $175 service I wasn't satisfied with. Thanks Greg.
