Worst

Although the actual maids efficient, the management team really needs to get their stuff together. I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company in the SERVICE...

Bad service and communication and may not be green 9/24/2010

Although the actual maids efficient, the management team really needs to get their stuff together. I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company in the SERVICE INDUSTRY-. They are highly unprofessional, and not willing to work with you when schedules change. more

6 years of using MB... 3/22/2010

Our family has used a team from this MB office for approximately SIX years. They come every two weeks to clean our entire two story home. They've been amazing and we've never had a bad experience. We also really appreciated the move to GREEN CLEAN methods, especially when an infant entered the picture a few years ago. Thank you MB for your services. LOVE IT. Pros: efficient, thorough and professional Cons: a bit expensive but worth every penny more

Nice cleaning service 2/11/2010

I have used this service for monthly cleanings (not move out cleans -- yet) for over 2 years and I have been pretty satisfied. They do a very good of cleaning, arrive when they are expected and give pleasant phone reminders the day before they arrive. more

I can't wait for their next visit 2/4/2010

I was very skeptical of having a maid service in my home. I didn't think they would be thorough and I would end up having to clean things anyway. I was 100% wrong. I came home to an immaculate house. Very detailed work. They cleaned all the things that I put off until Spring....like light fixtures and hard to reach places. The air smelled FRESH and I appreciate that they only use cleaners safe for the environment. A wonderful treat! I will definitely use them again. Pros: Fast, Friendly and Great Quality Cons: Wish I found them sooner more

Horrible, do NOT use them 7/7/2009

I hired Maid Brigade to clean my apartment after I had moved out. My quote was for $150-$225.00, in writing. The morning of the move I was called and told they would be there in less than 30 minutes. This was at 8:30 a.m. They arrived after 9:00 a.m. The woman said that she thought it would take about two hours to clean so I asked her, "is this what I was quoted?" She said yes. I then said, are you sure this is what I was quoted for. "Yes mam." So, I signed the sheet and went on my way as I had to go to work. The team showed up in a group of three and my apartment was 550 square feet. Very small. Two days later my bank statement reflected that Maid Brigade charged me $300.00. I immediately called them to find out if there was a mistake. I was told they would call me back the next day. That was last Wednesday. I even emailed them this morning. Bbeing charged 75-150 more than I was quoted is outrageous. Maid Brigade's inability to even call me back to discuss the charges are unprofessional. Be very careful when using this company. It might behoove you to stay and watch the Maid Brigade do their cleaning. Cons: Worst Customer Service Ever more

We've been using Maid Brigade for over 5 years now and are totally satisfied. The teams are reliable and on time, and they do a thorough job. I trust them completely. It always puts a smile on our face to see how nice our space is when they have finished. more

Good Cleaning but they never quite finish... 10/10/2008

I've used Maid Brigade 3-4 times and always run into the same problem...they never finish! Pros: Thorough, Polite, Nice People Cons: ALWAYS need more time! Exepnsive. more

Worst Cleaning Service in Town! 7/31/2008

Service was AWFUL! The maids did not speak or understand English and could not follow directions. Although a price was quoted over the phone when the service was booke - I was called by some person in the company's office to tell me it would be more once the maids had started cleaning. HUH? What is that about? Of course because the maids did not speak or understand English they could not tell me why it cost more to clean the agreed # of bedrooms bathrooms and a kitchen. There company policy is a version of "bait and switch". In fact I was there helping them (and making sure nothing got "lost? or broken) during their time in my home. more

Excellent job, clean, fast. I'd recommend them to my mom. 3/28/2008

I live in a fairly large single story house, and they did an excellent job on some tough areas, like kids rooms (worked around the unavoidable clutter), and master bedroom suite. I make a pretty big mess of my place, and when the ladies arrived, they got right to work. I asked them to put new sheets on my bed, and they did it right, no questions asked. I like the fact that they have been reliable to get my place clean for the last couple visits. Pros: Green cleaning methods. Reliable people. Same service 3 times in a row now. Cons: Price is a bit higher, but I get what I pay for! more

read this before hiring them 2/18/2008

Both my wife and I work so we hid the key for the maids to let themselves in to do a pre-move-in clean. We came home 3 days later and the themostat was at 80 degrees. They had turned up the heat and neglected to turn it down before leaving. Although the home was clean, no bill was left. The estimate I got over the phone was $350 for cleaning a 2300 sq ft home. A woman called a few days later and said 4 maids did the work instead of 3 and it took them 3.5 hours. The total, therefore, would be over $600. After going back and forth we agreed on $440. Bottem line, do not leave them to clean the place without someone present - make sure they are supervised if you hire them. more
