Magic Nails

I was so looking forward to a relaxing experience at Magic Nails on 136th Street in Thornton, CO. The staff just isn't very friendly and the language barrier is very difficult to work with. I asked questions that could never be answered because the woman working on my feet didn't speak English. They have a sign the says they keep things sanitary, but the pedicure area didn't look very clean. The floors were really dirty and there was no way to know for sure that the tools were sanitized between clients... the girls work very fast and seem to really rush through the whole process. It was not relaxing at all. The girl that did my pedicure didn't even do 2 coats of polish... I couldn't even communicate that I wanted it because she didn't understand me and worked so fast. My manicure was not very good ~ some of my nails are not completely covered. She didn't take the cuticle cutter out of the sanitizer either which was very concerning. I will not be back. Worst pedi I've ever had. My toes have paint all over them, some are painted just halfway. My husband had his first ever pedi and probably the last after this. His feet look really bad. I'll be keeping a close eye on them. Technicians were both more interested in themselves, barely paid attention to us. My tech noticed my feet weren't relaxed, gee, this was not a relaxing experience. Cons: Unclean tools, rude staff, messy pedi more

I have known two of the girls here for over 5 years. They do excellent work. If you get a nick it might be due to the fact you moved your hand when they were holding a drill! They have very good prices and excellent personalities. Pros: Chearfull and fun. Good nail job more

Workers work on too fast.. With the money I pull out to spend on my personal self, they scramble through it, some girls who work there fake their nice and are not genuine.
