I was so looking forward to a relaxing experience at Magic Nails on 136th Street in Thornton, CO. The staff just isn't very friendly and the language barrier is very difficult to work with. I asked questions that could never be answered because the woman working on my feet didn't speak English. They have a sign the says they keep things sanitary, but the pedicure area didn't look very clean. The floors were really dirty and there was no way to know for sure that the tools were sanitized between clients... the girls work very fast and seem to really rush through the whole process. It was not relaxing at all. The girl that did my pedicure didn't even do 2 coats of polish... I couldn't even communicate that I wanted it because she didn't understand me and worked so fast. My manicure was not very good ~ some of my nails are not completely covered. She didn't take the cuticle cutter out of the sanitizer either which was very concerning. I will not be back. So disappointing...
Pros: Easy to get an appointment
Cons: Rushes through job, Rude , Not so sure it's sanitary
