Eco Friendly dry cleaner! Since moving to Beaverton, I've struggled to find a reliable eco friendly dry cleaner. I'm so glad I finally found Magic Cleaner. I found their name from Oregon Environment Council for eco friendly dry cleaner www oeconline org Their earth-friendly method cleans my clothes well with NO chemical smell residue. Whether it's stain removal or hemming on my jeans, I can always count on them to do a good job on time and with friendly service. more

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE 3/11/2011

My suit came back ruined. It is obvious that this cleaner was responsible for ruining my suit. The inside liner was frayed and ripped. This was the first and only cleaner that I have brought my suit to... The lady was arguing with me over the counter. I just bought this suit and now it is ruined to where I cannot wear it any longer. THIS CLEANER DOES NOT BACK THEIR WORK OR IS WILLING TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! more

Very happy with Magic Cleaner and will recommend to friends 8/30/2010

I have been going to magic cleaner on weekly basis for the past 2 years and have always been happy with their dry cleaning quality result. They always take care of stains from my lunch. The staffs are friendly & honest. They always return the findings from my pockets. (i.e $10 & $5 bill & my expensive cuff-link) Several times, I need my dry cleaning done overnight due to last minute business trip and they accommodated my request. They even called me when it was ready. Overall, I am a happy regular customer and will recommend to friends. more

Great Service 2/5/2009

I have used Magic Cleaners several times in the past year for tablecloths, mens and womens shirts, suits, etc. and I have only had wonderful experiences. The stains I continue to get on the same blouse are always out when returned to me. They're great, and I am grateful it's close to my regular shopping, and earth friendly. more

The quoted price is definitely not the final price 1/18/2009

I had a pretty bad experience with this dry-cleaner last year. In fact, I haven't been back since. I took about $40 worth of drycleaning in. I was quoted $40, but to more surprise when I came back in the bill was >$50. The associate told me that they made some judgement errors when I first dropped off my clothes and that they had to adjust my bill. Cons: Poor customer service - too focused on earning a $$$ and not the customer's loyalty more

Worst place to go 8/8/2007

This is the worst experience I had with this cleaners place, i actually asked the lady to take my clothes and she tokk it and gave me the bill and asked me to come next day. The other guy just came in and so rude to us denied to take the clothes for dry cleaning because I verified the lady regarding the rates Cons: worst customer service more
