RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! I have never dealt with anyone as rude as these people. They were rude the entire time i was on the phone with them. I bought a Living Social deal for Chattanooga and it was almost impossible to get an appointment, since they are only in town twice a month on Tuesday. I finally was able to get an appointment, but when I asked him if he could give me an idea of when he would be at our house, considering I work full-time and I would have to take time off work, he told me he could not. That they would call me an hour before they came to our house. I asked politely if they could give me a closer estimate the day before and at least tell me if they were coming in the morning or the afternoon. He still said no and this time offered that I call Living Social to get a refund if that ""time"" not work for me. I told him that is not what I wanted, but that I would think about it. I was told that I had two days to let them know or he would take me off the schedule. So, to get this straight, I said: ""you will not tell me at what time you will be at my house making me wait ALL day, but I have to tell you quickly whether I want to cancel the service or not? I don't think so"". At which he very rudely responded: well, I'm NOT coming to your house!
