Madison Sammamish Apartments

Although the grounds seem to have improved since some of the other reviews here, the knowledgeability of the office staff has not. Their ignorance of the draconian policies that the Pinnacle Management group in charge of everything here has put in place has cost me hundreds of dollars. When I tried to point out the injustice of this they don't care at all and just start talking about the lease (which they took almost six months to get to me by the way). more

I wish I didn't even have a rating for them because I think this is the best way to rate as a zero, and if there is any rating under zero, I would choose it! I lived there for over 2 years, and OMG! I wish I was able to move from the first two months. I would admit that there was a washer/dryer, that was the only good thing there. I had to wait three weeks to have the outside light fixed. The good news was that they fixed it, but after calling the management for a month. Ofcourse it was very dangerous to go out after 7:00 pm because I would be scared to fall down on the stairs or the kids would fall down as well. I'll leave you to judge. the dishwasher was broken for two weeks. Imagine washing the plates, spoons, forks, knives, ... etc! for two weeks with your hands, pespecially if you work all day and go home tired! What more can I say??? Good thing I got to leave right before they increase the rent too much over what they already increased, I had to have two jobs to afford living there! Wait, I didn't talk about parking: if you don't have a special parking spot, you are out of luck. You have to walk at least about 300 ft to get to your appartment, or you pay an extra charge to get a parking spot, but you still can't get it easily. I always had to walk over 400 ft to get to my appartment because I work two jobs and get off from my second one at 11:00 pm. A friendly note, think twice before you rent there! SS more

I have lived here for almost one year but I will be moving out when my lease is up. Although the housing market and rent has gone down, Madison Sammamish is driving rent UP. WAY up. Between the $220/month rent increase and the $200+ in misc. fees I cannot afford to live here. But that's ok because I am not so fond of their management or maintenance either. The staff are nice but they do not follow through with anything. My water heater has not been working for 2 days and it is still not fixed. I even called the ""emergency pager"" # they give for situations such as mine but no one came to fix it. I've had to boil water to get a hot bath. And the management just brushes it off like it is nothing. I wouldn't recommend living here, they'll give you a great move in rate but when you want to stay, they'll raise your rent. They don't care what your situation is. They've also lost packages that have been sent to me. It's just unorganized and unprofessional. I'm happy to live elsewhere. more

Though this is a nice apartment complex, big apartment, washer/dryer, and in a great area. They lack in other areas such as professionalism, cleanliness, maintenance of playgrounds, and customer service. more
