Review content:
Although the grounds seem to have improved since some of the other reviews here, the knowledgeability of the office staff has not. Their ignorance of the draconian policies that the Pinnacle Management group in charge of everything here has put in place has cost me hundreds of dollars. When I tried to point out the injustice of this they don't care at all and just start talking about the lease (which they took almost six months to get to me by the way).
