My Toyota Camry 1/2/2012

All cost were lower than expected and the technician explained every aspect of the work before it was done. He called the Toyota dealer to retrieve my car's service records. As was being repaired, he called auto dismantlers to locate an expensive door part and saved another customer money. Awesome! more

My Pathfinder 11/12/2011

I brought my Pathfinder in with a problem that four other mechanics could not diagnose. It took some time to accomplish but thanks to the deterrmination of Made in America Made in Japan, they were able to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and repair it for a reasonable rate. This was my first visit to Made in America made in Japan but it will not be my last. They have won a new loyal customer and I will reccomend them to anyone needing a good repair shop! more

Great Service, honest, reliable, and follow up - what women are looking for 9/29/2011

I have a Honda with 244,000 miles. I brought it in for an oil change, they assisted with far more regarding recommendations, things I really needed and evaluated other things that I did not necessarily need. After my visit my car "passed smog" with flying colors. Johnny was the mechanic and Victor helped big time. Johnny followed with a call several days later to see if everything was ok. Thanks so much and I would highly recommend this place. more

A pernicious problem stopped 9/23/2011

My visit was for a simple issue that always seemed to create another problem. I use synthetic oil which I change every 20k miles while I change the filter every 5k miles. Every time my oil filter gets changed either the new filter leaks or oil dripped from the process ends up on the exhaust manifold smoking and stinking. This time, being aware of how this can become a problem, Johnny (my MIA-MIJ tech), did a very thorough job on the filter change leaving absolutely not leaks or residual oil. The price for the filter change was reasonable and the service was quick and efficient. MIA-MIJ is a great and professional service and repair facility that will provide you with confidence in the use of your money. more

I have air conditioning! 8/26/2011

Once again, your mechanics did an awesome job. I have been driving around for 3+ years with no air conditioning. You found no leaks and it appears to be a valve was just left open from the inexperienced guy who serviced my car BEFORE I FOUND YOU! My son gets his car serviced with you and he is pleased! Recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest dealer who is not trying to get the max profit out of you. They make it so if you give their name out, the reward really does come back to you, the mechanics tell you only what needs to be done asap instead of saying everything needs to be done. will definitely continue to come back here. more

Fixed Gas Tank 7/28/2011

Gary and Victor are awesome. They saved my wife and I a ton of money and their explanation of repairs and execution of the repairs was outstanding. Not Too Bad 7/13/2011

I had my 06 Subarur serviced her back in January. There were a lot of things to be serviced so the price got up quick. I was ok with that, but I did get dinged for a battery I didn't authorize. I can change my own battery, and mine was working fine for the time being. It wasn't cheap either. Pretty big mark up on price and a lot of labor for 10 minutes of work. Overall they were good. The have good customer service. I wish they vacuumed cars after service though. more

Service was completed as instructed and additional work was authorized in advance. And I like that I was called early in the day when car was ready instead of waiting till 5pm. Very courteous personnel. more
