I expect superior customer service in these tough economic times. After all, I do have choices on where to have my vehicle serviced. The folks at Made in America always provide me...

I will continue to be a customer here as long as I can. I've never found a company more set on honesty and quality work. They care about their customers and doing a good job and they know that leads to a dedicated customer base. I recommend them to friends and others all the time. more

Great Fast Service but One Problem 3/21/2011

Made in America - Made in Japan is a great place and is reasonably priced. They're very personable and considerate. My service was performed within my limited time frame but, unfortunately, my vehicle developed an oil leak a few days later. I took it back in and they immediately dealt with it and returned it to me both fixed but, also, cleaned. Also, they asked me to return in 500 miles for a follow-up check. more

I appreciate that this repair shop did not try to profit off my inexperience. I used an online coupon for free brake inspection and diagnosis. I would highly recommend this company for is honesty and excellent customer service! more

Valued Experience 2/23/2011

My son asked if I would have his car serviced when he was out of town. The shop we had previously taken it to is now out of business, so I was at square one. I looked on-line and called Made in America. The customer service I received from my first phone call until we picked up the car and said goodbye, is second to NONE!!! The quality of the service was the best we've ever experiences. These technicians know what to look for and how to fix cars. Their prices are the fairest in town, looking for every opportunity to save us money while providing the best service. I just can't say enough about this shop, Gary, Victor and Aaron, the quality service, the expertise and professionalism. I'd recommend this shop to anyone and everyone - and I will! more

Gary and his team have always done an excellent job on my vehicle. They check for potential problems that may be developing and keep me informed. They're professional and I get a sense my vehicle is being well maintained and, therefore, feel safe driving it. They're forthright and hones. more

I was referred to Made in America/Japan by someone who said they were the most honest/ethical shop they had dealt with. They were right! If you want someone that will not only give you the correct diagnosis and what needs to be done vs. what they'd like you to do right away, as well as having a wonderful experience ...go here..hands down..period! more

Simply the Best!!! 1/24/2011

I've been having my 1994 Lexus LS400 serviced by Made in America-Made in Japan for a few years now. My Lexus has almost 240,000 miles and is still going strong, thanks to Gary and his excellent team of technicians. I especially want to recognize Aaron the technician that usually services my car. Made in America-Made in Japan is the best when it comes to service and value. more
