I expect superior customer service in these tough economic times. After all, I do have choices on where to have my vehicle serviced. The folks at Made in America always provide me...

I always get serviced in an appropriate manner and my waiting time isn't very long (depending upon the work being done to my vehicle). Their assistance in letting me know what items need repair and giving me the costs involved, shows that they have a higher customer service commitment. more

Great Service! 9/27/2010

This was the first time I had my car serviced here. It had been a very pleasant experience. I was updated constantly with inspection/repair results, and was helped deal with my insurance company. Gary (Doogie), Tammy and Aaron - you guys are great! more

Excellent, friendly service 9/20/2010

I found it very easy to make an appointment. When I arrived, my wait was minimal and the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Repairs were done according to estimate presented. Additional services including a overall vehicle check was done as a courtesy. When the job was done I was notified quickly and everything was ready when I got there. Can't ask for more than that! more

Great service clean reception area and bathroom may not seem like a lot but it is important to me. I have been in much larger dealerships that were awful. Tammy is so knowledgeable and personable it was a real pleasure I will be back for sure and I will refer my friends. more
