I'm glad they were good to everyone else, but they were completely negligent as a property manager for me. They allowed us to be overcharged for services and repairs, pawned us off on another property management company before our contract with them was up, and are failing to take responsibility for their negligence. As a home-owner currently living 3,000 miles from Alaska, I was really counting on them to be my ""eyes-and-ears,"" and they completely failed. I will NEVER use them again! more

Madden Real Estate is by far the BEST real estate company, not only in Fairbanks, but in the country as far as I'm concerned! I had the wonderful pleasure of having Wes Madden list our home. My 2000 Dodge Caravan was getting tired. I wanted a new 2010 Dodge Caravan. My salesman James was excellent. I tried out a couple of new Caravans, James was very patient with me, they made a great offer on my 2000 Caravan and with a little paperwork, and 2 days later I was on my way with a new shiny gold Caravan. I have been very happy with the new purchase, and the service department is excellent. They are all very friendly, great work, and very quick.
