Review content:
I'm glad they were good to everyone else, but they were completely negligent as a property manager for me. They allowed us to be overcharged for services and repairs, pawned us off on another property management company before our contract with them was up, and are failing to take responsibility for their negligence. As a home-owner currently living 3,000 miles from Alaska, I was really counting on them to be my ""eyes-and-ears,"" and they completely failed. I will NEVER use them again!
