I had Mad City Windows out for an estimate & regret ever talking to them! They use high pressure sales tactics like lowering the estimate if you sign right now & use their financing, no time to think about their products or their company. Their product looked good though & we decided to sign with them & were immediately hassled non stop to set up an appointment for measurements. We received 9 voice-mails in 2 days, 7 of them on the same day & two of the calls were only 8 minutes apart. Needless to say we have canceled our order with them! A professional company does not hassle their customers in this way, only hacks! Do not use Mad City Windows if you care about quality service more

We are happy with the results from our walk-in shower installation done by Mad City Interiors. We had a few problems, they were all taken care of, but it took longer than just a day. We are pleased with our new shower now. more

Excellent job removing the windows in short order. Now my house looks up to date. My neighbor says that I no longer have a cottage; now I have a house. The crew was great and friendly and cleaned up well after themselves. Highly recommended! more

Mad City did a great job on the windows, very professional. Very hard workers and they took pride in their work. It's very easy to clean the windows! It used to take a few days to clean them, and now it takes less than a day! They did a great job taking the old windows and it keeps the heat away. Haven't even put up our blinds, but the two-pane glass is really great! The safety-locks are great too! more

They are really good windows. We've noticed a big difference in the heating bill. The air only has only been on for a week or two, so we're still waiting to see the difference for the summer, but it's been great so far. The crew was wonderful who installed them. Very quick and we were surprised with how quickly they went in combined with the quality. They look great from the outside. more

New Windows from Mad City Windows 5/30/2012

We recently had our entire house's windows replaced with Mad City Windows. The initial information visit was very helpful and not ""pushy"" at all. He gave us a quote for roofing and windows and answered every question that we had. After signing papers, the windows were ready sooner than expected and installed shortly after they were available. The crew who came to do the work was very friendly, clean, and quick. They finished our 8 windows in just over a half of a day. They left nothing behind (mess, building supplies, etc...) except for our brand new windows. They look great and are a huge upgrade from what we had. Couldn't recommend Mad City Windows highly enough. more

Excellent Windows, Above Excellent Installation Crew 5/15/2012

We had originally been told by the salesman that we were going to have the Enviroview skylights. Unfortunately, when the skylights came, they were Velux instead. When we asked the installation foreman about it, he wasn't sure. Mad City was quick to rectify the situation, and were very pleasant about the mix up. The Installation crew were all phenominal! They took the time to talk to us and get to know us not only as clients, but as real people. Dan, the install foreman, answered any questions we had about the installation process, any knowledge he had about his construction background, and always went above and beyond his ""call of duty"". He never once seemed anoyed that we were so involved in it all. A few weeks after the installation was complete, one of my dogs ran through the new patio screen door. When I called Chris, he was quick to make a joke of the situation and setting up a repair appointment was simple. I absolutely LOVE my windows and am glad to be part of the Mad CIty family. Highly recommend! more

Excellent quality and service 5/9/2012

From the get go Mad City provided us quality customer service and answered all our questions. The install was terrific, the crew cleaned up to the point where we barely knew they were here. The product (Windows) exceeded our expectations, I should say way beyond. It's transformed not only the look, but the feel of our home. Highly recommend! more

Love our roof and windows 5/1/2012

We knew last fall that we absolutely needed a new roof and thought of Mad City right away. However, they were booked at the time. We decided to hold off until Spring. We are so happy that we did! The house looks fantastic with the new roof AND the new windows we got last year. We would recommend Mad City to anyone more
