Review content:
We had originally been told by the salesman that we were going to have the Enviroview skylights. Unfortunately, when the skylights came, they were Velux instead. When we asked the installation foreman about it, he wasn't sure. Mad City was quick to rectify the situation, and were very pleasant about the mix up. The Installation crew were all phenominal! They took the time to talk to us and get to know us not only as clients, but as real people. Dan, the install foreman, answered any questions we had about the installation process, any knowledge he had about his construction background, and always went above and beyond his ""call of duty"". He never once seemed anoyed that we were so involved in it all. A few weeks after the installation was complete, one of my dogs ran through the new patio screen door. When I called Chris, he was quick to make a joke of the situation and setting up a repair appointment was simple. I absolutely LOVE my windows and am glad to be part of the Mad CIty family. Highly recommend!
