Brought a bachelorette party here for some food and fun. I knew they didn't take reservations but their voicemail (because they NEVER pick up their phone) says to call one hour in advance if you would like to reserve the upstairs loft. I called one hour in advance, three times. Nobody picked up so I left a message. As soon as we got there, they had just seated another group- in the loft. We had to wait for half an hour. (Not a terrible wait but dissapointing when you have a large group and more plans for the night.) While we were waiting, the waitresses were terribly rude as we were in their way because there was nowhere else to stand. Once we got seated, out waitress was a total witch. She was extremely rude and wasn't helpful at all. I asked for a stop light shot for the bride and she said they didn't know how to make it. When we asked her to take a picture she said she was too busy. I understand people get busy, but WE are the reason you are busy and you should do anything and everything you can to get the tip! The food was awful and they asked us TWICE when we would be finished- once before we even got our food! Not only was the food awful, but it was terribly expensive with 18% gratuity already added to each bill. When the bill came, she hadn't split the check. When we asked her to split the check she rolled her eyes and acted very annoyed. When she came back, she hadn't split the check correctly and had to re do it several times. She should have known that with a group this big, the bill would need to be split. Overall a TERRIBLE experience and I would NEVER recommend eating at this place. Stillwater is full of great restaurants, save yourself a trip and go somewhere that is worth your time and money.
