Nothing special, decent store with a good enough selection, every time I come here though I dread trying to find assistance. The workers are too few and far between to find anyone to help you find anything. Not to mention some of them honestly just don't care and are talking to their co-workers and not even paying attention. Can't say much else, unfortunately I have to come here at times to shop, their gift cards make a nice gift though to someone who actually enjoys the store. more

I went to macys jus to look around and apparetly i was being treated very badly by two managers over a bag cause I wanted to get a paper bag cause I had a plastic one and it was getting ready to break and apparently this stupied blonde manager was vebally abusing me and treating me like a common criminal I reported her to the corparate and got a responce via e-mail and now I am told that I can't come back to macys sherman oaks just over a stupied bag I am never going to shop at this store ever again I think they were being totally disrespectful and totally unprofessional I refuse to be treated like this more

do not buy watches or jewelry from Macys 4/24/2011

I bought a $1,500 watch from Macys along with the ESP (extended service plan). Macys is contracted with a 3rd rate company in Rancho Cucamanga, CA called M and G Jewelers and they send expensive watches to those losers. My $1,500 watch came back with scratches and dust inside the watch. Macys managers did not return my calls. Macy's executives took 35 days to respond to my written complaint. Everyone I spoke with couldn't care less, was rude and unprofessional. I plan on suing Macys in small claims court. Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere where they appreciate your business. Macy's doesn't even deserve the 1 star I gave them. more

Ummm, well 3/12/2010

Macy's is good for certain things. Keeping my expectations at bay helps me be pleased with my journey. I'm not particularly impressed with the maternity line. Pros: Some prices, hit and miss good items Cons: Well it's just a bore, I swear! more
