I bought a $1,500 watch from Macys along with the ESP (extended service plan). Macys is contracted with a 3rd rate company in Rancho Cucamanga, CA called M and G Jewelers and they send expensive watches to those losers. My $1,500 watch came back with scratches and dust inside the watch. Macys managers did not return my calls. Macy's executives took 35 days to respond to my written complaint. Everyone I spoke with couldn't care less, was rude and unprofessional. I plan on suing Macys in small claims court. Do yourself a favor. Shop elsewhere where they appreciate your business. Macy's doesn't even deserve the 1 star I gave them.
