Never to busy to help 7/7/2015

I stopped in late Monday morning with two of my tires losing air. It was very busy but Pat had my car looked at, found that I had picked-up foreign objects in the tires, had the tires repaired and I was in & out in less than an hour. At no charge since I had road hazard insurance that I hadn't recalled having. This is the kind of treatment I always receive at Mack-Alger Firestone and I can't thank you enough! more

Only One Issue 6/27/2015

Always have good service. Very honest. Just would recommend a restroom for customers especially since waiting is common. I asked if they had a restroom I could use and was told it really isn't for customers and is more for the servicemen and is not in the best condition. I took that as I guess I couldn't use it. If it's the only restroom, please keep it clean enough for all entering a business just in case someone has to use it. more

Scoping for Codes 6/26/2015

I came in for an oil change and to check a service engine light. Being a customer for decades, it's a drag to be told it will cost me $70 to determine the nature of the warning light. I then have to drive to an auto parts store to get it scoped for free. Makes no sense to me. You guys would have done the repare. An outdated, stupid policy and charge. more

affordable, reliable service 6/4/2015

Mack Alger fixes only what needs to be fixed, and charge very affordable prices. My oil changes are usually only $29 compared to $70 and more by the time I got out of one of those speedy, quick change places. more

The best 5/8/2015

Steve made sure that problem with the car starting had been corrected and keep the car for a couple of days to verify which was great as I did not need the car at that time. Always checking to make sure all problems are fixed. more
