Been at least 15 years since I started using Mack Alger Firestone and Bill and the boys are still batting 1000 !! Car repairs are never much fun but at MAF you might come in with ...

Worst

Love this place and but after being told my brakes are fine, I'm still having to buy pads and now possibly rotors for both the front and back and of course my bill from them. This...

Went in when engine light went on the day we were to leave on vacation. They figured out within 2 minutes that it was nothing to worry about. Got me in for a quick oil and air filter change and we were on the road by 9:30. more

Tire Rotation 8/8/2016

After a fruitless trip to the dealership to fix my tire sensor (they could not remove the lug nuts hence no rotation) I went up to Mack Alger. They explained the problem with the sensor (faulty design) and offered to fix it for $50 less than the dealership price. Unlike the dealership, the price included labor so I left with the problem fixed and tires rotated (no charge since I bought the tires there). Highly recommend Mack Alger more
