Been at least 15 years since I started using Mack Alger Firestone and Bill and the boys are still batting 1000 !! Car repairs are never much fun but at MAF you might come in with ...

Love this place and but after being told my brakes are fine, I'm still having to buy pads and now possibly rotors for both the front and back and of course my bill from them. This...

Great Service 1/28/2016

I went in for an oil change. Everything went smoothly, but what impressed me most, was not how I was treated, but how another customer who came in with a malfunctioning seat belt was treated. One of the service advisers went out to her car and quickly fixed the seat belt, the woman was visibly relieved. To me that spoke volumes to the character of the establishment. more

Kia sportage 1/24/2016

We took our Kia in to check the tires and change the brake light. The hatch is now not opening properly and the tire is now flat. "Coincidently" the left blinker is not functioning.We are stranded in our driveway waiting AAA. Needless to say we are not happy. In addition the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke more

I have been going to Mack Alger Firestone for a couple of years now and I have yet to have a bad experience. The team there is always kind and speedy with all repairs. They take care of the customer and are trustworthy and beyond reasonable with their pricing. I highly recommended Mack Alger Firestone to anyone looking for a place to call home for their vehicle's well being. more

We've gone her for years and the service is still outstanding. They don't try to sell you add ons to what you requested but will always check your vehicle for any possible problems. more
