I've known the people at MSI for many years, with a couple of different cars. They're reputable, honest, and friendly, and have good prices. I know who does the work so I feel comfortable with that. more

I've been going to MSI Automotive for many years, at least ten years. So, I have found them to be fair, honest and responsive. When you get there in short notice, they'll try their best to get you in quickly. As a good testament of their great service, they have been maintaining my wife's car that has 330 thousand miles on it and my car with 24 thousand miles. Thus far, we haven't needed major repairs on both vehicles. more

I have used MSI Automotive several times over the past years. They have done numerous different projects for me: replaced my headlights, fixed my engine, fixed my spark plugs, etc. They do a lot of different work, and I trust their abilities. I am confident in the work that they do for me. The people are professional and friendly, and they work efficiently. more

I have been a customer of MSI Automotive for about 8 years. They have worked on three of my vehicles and I trust their ability to solve and fix any issues that come up. I had one issue with their shop in the past that sticks out in my memory. I delivered my car when it was low on gas, and I felt overcharged for the small amount they put in. Other than that, I would recommend them. more

MSI Automotive does good work. They are a small shop, so they take a lot of care to make sure they know what is wrong with my car before they work on it. I don't like going only because my car is a lemon, but that in no way reflects on their work, which is very good. Expensive, but very good. more

I went to MSI Automotive because my father and family go there. I also live very close to this shop, so it's very convenient. I had gone in the past, a few years back, and had switched to a different place because the charges were a little misleading. Whenever they had a special out, the charges would always come out to be a little more. Also, it wasn't the friendliest of service, not that they have to be friendly, but sometimes it is nice to have nice service. I give them 4 stars because I don't think they really make an effort to remember me, even though my family goes there too. Most recently, when I purchased a new car I asked them to inspect it for me. They gave me really good service this second time around. When I picked up the car, I noticed they had missed something and they agreed to look at it again free of charge. I received really good advice this second time, and they explained why they hadn't inspected that option the first time, which made sense to me. Curtis did a really good job explaining things to me which was really nice. When I did get back for the oil change, it was more money than the special again, but they showed me the fine print and that was fine with me. Overall, their work is very good! more

I originally went to MSI Automotive when I was looking for a mechanic to work an a Volkswagen, and a friend of mine mentioned them. I've been with them for about ten years now, and all their work is great! They are always really professional. They do they best they can do to make it a long-term fix. They're very personable, and try to work me in with their schedule. Great mechanic! more

MSI Automotive is just excellent. Everything about their service is customer-oriented. For instance, I didn't have a ride home after I dropped my car off and they were able to give me one. I also mentioned that the previous mechanic that I took my car to told me to do a certain repair and Curtis told me that he would give me a proper diagnosis before we jumped to that conclusion since that would have resulted in a $500 repair. He determined that my issue would only end up costing a few dollars and I certainly appreciated that. This was my first time using them and I thought Curtis and his team were really awesome. I just recommended someone to them the other day. I liked their service on every level and told Curtis that I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. MSI Automotive deserves the highest of ratings. more

I went to MSI Automotive because my car had been making a weird sound. The technician was able to identify the alternator as the source of the sound and he replaced it for me. I liked how he took the time to offer me different options and he didn't try to force any unnecessary expenses on me. The noise is gone now and I'm happy that I could get it fixed so easily. more

I've been taking cars to MSI Automotive for 20 years. Curtis has always given my wife and me good service. All automotive work is expensive, but they seem to be pretty reasonable. They work on a variety of different vehicles, so if you've got the right vehicle, they're a very good garage. more

I've been using MSI Automotive for about eight months, and everything I've needed to have repaired has been done. I have a BMW, and they were originally recommended to me when my car wouldn't start. They ended up repairing things very quickly and promptly. Everything they do is done on time. When they say it will be ready by a certain time, it's ready at that time. I've had no problems! They know what they are doing, and they are very qualified. Everything is clean and finished when they're done. They have very qualified technicians and a clean work space. They are very careful to point out things that will need to be done in the future. Their prices are reasonable, and the parts they use are very good! more

Everything was done so well and so professionally at MSI Automotive. I know nothing about cars, and for someone who doesn't understand anything about cars, he made it very easy and simple to understand. He explained everything so clearly, and he was very thorough. He even gave me a follow-up call for the next day. They treated me wonderfully here, especially considering I know nothing about cars. more

MSI Automotive replaced my transmission about three years ago and now service my vehicle every three to four months. I like that they let you know what they're going to do and then do it. There are no surprises later on. more
