SAY NO TO MO!\r \r I was paying $120 / month but that jumped to $200 / month when I moved into the city (Philly). My agent, Mohan Kalra, told me that it would 'only' be going up to $175, but then the bill showed up stating otherwise. When I complained, Mo said that it was because Philly drivers file more complaints than suburban drivers. How does that effect my near-perfect driving record (no-fault claim in 1998) or driving ability? When I threatened to find a new insurance provider, Mo ended the conversation with ""We don't need your business anyway!""\r \r I am now with Geico. My payments are $75 lower for the exact same coverage. Thanks for being a terrible and rude agent, Mo. more
