I was paying $120 / month but that jumped to $200 / month when I moved into the city (Philly). My agent, Mohan Kalra, told me that it would 'only' be going up to $175, but then the bill showed up stating otherwise. When I complained, Mo said that it was because Philly drivers file more complaints than suburban drivers. How does that effect my near-perfect driving record (no-fault claim in 1998) or driving ability? When I threatened to find a new insurance provider, Mo ended the conversation with "We don't need your business anyway!"\r
