AN INTERESTING TWIST IS THAT THE STAFFER THAT IS CONDUCTING THE ASSESSMENT OF MOVE-OUT CHARGES IS THE BROTHER OF THE WOMAN COLLECTING THE MONIES FOR THE DEPOSIT REIMBURSEMENT CHARGES. NEPOTISM? SADLY, THE STAFF WENT TO THE APARTMENT THAT I WILL CONTINUE TO ARGUE WAS IMMACULATE (LESS UNDER THE STOVE AND THE CARPET THAT I FOOLISHLY LEFT ANOTHER CHECK FOR THEM TO USE TO HAVE THEM PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED) AND INTERESTINGLY...PAINT DROPPINGS AND OTHER RANDOM THINGS APPEARED THAT WERE NOT THERE BEFORE WE CLOSED THE DOOR BEHIND US. HUMMM....FUNNY THEY NEVER COVERED MANY THINGS THAT I CONTINUE TO CONTEND WERE NOT THERE UPON MY PERSONAL INSPECTION NOR IN THEIR EXIT REVIEW/REFUND BUT ONLY AFTER WE COMPLAINED ABOUT OUR ZERO REFUND.
