I have bought five or six new Hondas. All but two of them were from Lynnwood Honda, I went there first to purchase my most recent 2012 Fit, but the sales person I talked to did not seem very interested in my business. I was told there were no Fits on the lot. Later, or the next day he left a phone message there there were some. By then I went elsewhere. But that is the only problem I ever had, which says a lot for the dealership. Why else would I keep returning? more

Service dept excellent; sales staff disinterested. I expressed interest in an Accord Plug-in while waiting for oil change, no one wanted to answer my questions. I will look at Toyota or Ford instead. Too bad, I'm a long time Honda owner. more

Professional, well organized service 8/17/2013

Honda issued a recall on my Fit's model year, to have the Vehicle Stabilization Assistance software updated. Lynnwood Honda was able to get me an appointment within a couple of days. I appreciated that they had Wi-Fi and even a couple of desktop computers (albeit very slow ones!) in the lounge for customers to use while waiting. They offer free coffee as well. (Tragically, on this particular visit, the best coffee machine -- the one in the upstairs lounge that makes cappuccino -- was out of order. I had to make do with mochas from the downstairs machine, with no froth. I'm sure the whole world feels very sorry for me...) To cap it off, they offered a free vacuum and wash, which I gladly accepted, since I was going to be picking up some visitors at the airport in a couple of days. It looked like they were pretty slammed, but they got me out in around two and half hours, and -- I don't know if it was something they did to the car (automatic transmission software update?) or all the coffee I drank -- but the Fit felt a lot peppier than before. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. If they fix the upstairs coffee machine and maybe get some faster computers -- or just upgrade the RAM for half a meg -- I'd gladly throw in an extra half-star! more

When you get there, they assign you a service specialist. In the past, you get there, the next available representative helps you and checks you in. Now, you have to wait for the assigned representative...so if he's helping someone else, you have to wait for him eventhough there are 3 others who are not helping anybody else. i think this is not very efficient. I like the old way of you get there and whomever is availble helps you out right away. Also, I was quoted a 2hr service on the phone when I made my appointment and when I checked in, they said 3 and 1/2 hours. I know they probably give you an approximate wait time but an hour and a half off? more

Set up for advisors at this dealer is confusing, as there are three pairs of two that aren't next to each other. This makes it difficult to figure out which one you should approach. The one that beckoned me was/is personable, competent, efficient. The only thing he didn't know was that one can check the mileage on my new vehicle without having to turn on the ignition (push-button ignition). Got me set up and on my way with a loaner car efficiently (over the weekend work). Car ready when promised. Advisor rating for this, my first visit: *****. Second visit: **** (had to leave car overnight and charges for offsite loaner weren't mentioned). more
