Great service 7/22/2013

Lynnwood Honda has always given me great service. The rep was very responsive, courteous, and explained things thoroughly. They also got me in on short notice. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 of 5 is my problem is a a tough one to diagnose. I was hoping they would have spent a little more time running more tests. I came out of there not feeling like I didn't get the full hour that I paid for. I paid dealer rates because I thought they would be the best equipped to diagnose my issue. more

The oild change and check up went well, but there was a bit of a delay getting helped when I first came in. Seems there weren't enough people to help customers at the time but once I was helped, the experience was good. more

Time for service 7/2/2013

I was told 1 1/2 hours for service. after waiting 2 hours & everyone was out of the room, I went downstairs to ask & was told another 15 minutes which took another 1/2 hour. I've been having Lynnwood do my service for 10 years & always get good service, this day was just an exception, I'm sure. more
