I was in a wreck and another person hit the side of my car. I took my car to Lynch Auto Body and it took them a week and a half to get my car back to me and it looked brand new. Mr. Lynch was top notch, very respectable and kept me in the loop the entire time. He was very good about letting me know what was going on, which parts were coming in and what stage they were in while fixing my car. I would highly recommend people go to Mr. Lynch's shop and talk to him because he'll answer any questions you have and go above and beyond to give you the best service. more

What I really like about the guy over at Lynch Auto Body is that he is really on your side. I love his dedication to his customers as well as his dedication to getting the project just right. He will definitely go to bat for you with the insurance companies to make sure that they cover as much as they should. My only downside with him is sometimes he can be a little over the top in being proud of what he does. What I mean is that he will keep talking about what he did when in reality you kinda just want to get back on the road. Other than that though he really does great work and I would definitely come back if the need arises again. more

This company is near by and from my past experience I've decided to continue the business with them anytime I needed repairs. Mr. Lynch takes an interests in his customers. Lynch Auto Body is excellent. They repaired a right-front fender, repainted some of the door, and had to replace the bumper cover on the front of my 2007 Honda Civic. As far as I was concerned, it was put back the way it used to be--it was as good as new. They had to match the paint and all that, and that was satisfactorily done. I'm happy with what I did have done and with the price. Their turnaround time was fine. I've been going to the shop for about seven years and Tim Lynch will always explain the work, how much it costs and why. You get a good explanation before you have the work done. more

Lynch Auto Body re-painted a portion of my Corvette. The paint job was very good, although I did have to go back for one follow-up to fix the placement of an emblem. They did fix it in the end, but I didn't give them all 5 stars because of the fact that I did have to go back and have them fix something they didn't do correctly the first time. I dealt directly with Tim, and his customer service was excellent. He is an enthusiast, a car guy, and he really cares. He is a perfectionist and he wanted to make it right. I would go back to Lynch Auto Body again. more

We selected Lynch Auto Body, Inc. because they were in walking distance. I needed the right passenger side to be repair and Lynch Auto Body, Inc. did a really good job - a much better job than what the actual dealership would have done. As they were making the repairs they also noticed some other problems - notified us and we decided to fix the problems and we haven't had anymore issues since with our vehicle since. The guys over at Lynch Auto Body did an awesome job with my car. I was shocked at how amazing the car looked when it was done considering it was pretty badly damaged when it was dropped off. Tim kept me updated on what was going on the whole time which I really appreciated. When the damage occurred I had to have the car towed about seventy miles in bad weather and we were having some issues with the towing company. Tim really went to bat for me with the towing and the insurance companies to make sure that they brought the car down to him. I was just very happy with the whole experience, and Tim was just extremely helpful in every way possible throughout the entire experience. more

I've had two opportunities in about two years to work with Tim and his crew at Lynch Auto Body. Both were tied to two accidents involving my daughter's 2006 Chevy. He does solid work and makes customers feel appreciated, in going beyond the business aspect to take care of customers. I would drive 100 or 200 miles to have him work on my car. I wish more people took pride in their work as he did. He sends photos via e-mail and documents the work, so you can see the progress every step of the way. I got 15 to 20 pictures over three days. He has repaired the front and back of my daughter's car, including the windshield, hood, grill and bumpers. It looks brand new. The color match was perfect, spot-on. And, we got the car on time. I found him on the internet after the first accident. He repaired the back and front of her car -- did absolutely everything, and filed the paperwork on time. Besides that, Tim took my daughter under his wing like she was his own daughter. He met me on his day off, when he had tickets to a Wisconsin Badgers game. I don't know if he was late to the game, but I wanted to meet him and shake his hand. He gave me a tour of his shop where he works his magic, and it is so professional. The insurance company knows who he is and I was impressed. He is not a stranger. more

Lynch Auto Body is a small business that really cares about the customer. When I brought my car in they took some pictures in order to get ready for the job. I went out of town right afterwards, and while I was gone they misplaced the photos. Rather than waiting until I got back, they contacted me, asked me where my car was, drove out to the airport, and took the pictures again without me having to lift a finger. Their customer service is simply amazing. more

I liked almost everything about my experience with Lynch Auto Body. From the process to the photo updates, I was always kept informed on the progress of my car. They were professional and friendly. I was happy with the outcome of my car, and had no issues except for one minor mistake they made. They forgot to take the adhesive off of the gas tank door, so I could not fill my gas. I had to return to have it removed, which is a waste of my time, but they were very apologetic about it, and eager to assist me. more

I had a great experience with Lynch Auto Body, Inc. It was nice to use a family owned local service. I had put off fixing some side swipe damage to my Nissan Versa, but finally bit the bullet and got it fixed last winter. I was hoping I could get my vehicle fixed before I went out of town on a four day trip. I spoke with Tim, and he had me bring my car over. He was very accommodating, and let me drop my car off after business hours. Tim was fantastic. He worked with my schedule. He was busy during the time frame I needed vehicle worked on, but he fit me in. He had great communication and updated my throughout the repair. My car looked fantastic after. We've taken cars here a few times and the work is always excellent. They coordinate everything with insurance, make suggestions for non-insured damage that is reasonable, and are always professional. If you live in Madison, especially the east side, this is where you should be going for any body work. more

I had an exceptional experience with Lynch Auto Body. Tim and his staff went above and beyond my expectations. I was recently in a car accident where I was involved with a head-on collision with a driver on the wrong side of the road. I was a little shaken after the accident and my 2009 Toyota Prius was in bad shape. Tim was very accommodating and helped me out in anyway I could. I was able to drop my car off after business hours. He was even able to retrieve my keys near my work, instead of me having to drive too far from my office in the middle of the day. Tim made a difficult experience a lot better with his customer service and exceptional work on my vehicle. My Prius looks as good as new after a pretty bad accident. I feel that going to Lynch Auto Body was a lot more personal than going to a non-local car repair place. I would highly recommend their service. more

I'm a retired mechanic, and I can tell you that Tim at Lynch Auto Body, Inc. knows his business! He knows cars, understands how things break, and knows how to troubleshoot.
