I've been using Lynch Auto Body for the last year - 1.5 years or so. Recently I was rear-ended and I called them to see if they could replace the bumper, or to see what needed to be done, and they basically replaced the entire back half of my vehicle: the bumper, turn signal, lights, trunk, the whole back panel they had to replace. Insurance covered it, and I'm very very happy with how it turned out. Tim Lynch is the owner, and he is just so attentive and quick to turn things around. He gives frequent updates to let you know how things are going, and he really goes above and beyond. Because my car had to be in the shop for so many days, and turned into so many weeks, he coordinated getting the rental car set up for me. I didn't have to do any of it. Also, the insurance company for the person who hit me was really slow, and he felt really bad about fact I wouldn't have my car for while, so he had it fully detailed inside and out when he returned it to me - which is not part of a typical collision service. He's just very thoughtful and he really really cares about his customers on a personal level, you can tell. He will do anything to keep you as a customer and make you happy. Give referrals to your friends and family!
