Worst

I went to this salon based on the reviews of this site. I paid over $200 for a cut, highlight, and a pedicure, and I am sorry to say I was not satisfied. My cut left my hair flat ...

Sticker shock 4/3/2019

Visted the salon three times. Very nice hair stylists but front desk has to let customer know exact cost for services. Ex. Eyebrow color 18.00 extra. Was not mentioned until I asked. Rinse with highlights an extra 35.00. Was not mentioned. The way it's presented felt like I was just having an extra rinse. This was in addition to root touch up, Cut and highlights. Almost $ 300.00 with tip included. I try to tip according to amount of service. My fault for not asking specific breakdown. Checking out and asked about high cost. Four employees and person who was at computer discussing the fee also felt intimidating. more

They actually listen to what you want done! I finally have the hair style i've always wanted. Kind and patient. I didn't feel bad speaking up on any changes or asking for suggestions. Alli rules! more

LUX SALON - 5/12/2007

Barely a year old... but dangerously good with hair!! My girl, Deb, she is so conscious of what you needs are and she actually listens. I was scarred from past experiences, where girls did not listen but would cut my hair the way they thought it looked best. I was so sick of it. All of the girls that work their are gifted - I let Deb color my hair for the first time too (I am 25, and NEVER had color) I trust them - go see them!!! more
