Barely a year old... but dangerously good with hair!! My girl, Deb, she is so conscious of what you needs are and she actually listens. I was scarred from past experiences, where girls did not listen but would cut my hair the way they thought it looked best. I was so sick of it. All of the girls that work their are gifted - I let Deb color my hair for the first time too (I am 25, and NEVER had color) I trust them - go see them!!!
