Lux Salon

I'm new to Anaheim and needed to find someone to do my hair. We all know how scary it is to try someone new! Wendy really listened to me, and gave me exactly the color and cut I wanted! I'm so happy yo have found my new hair person! Thanks for a great experience! I love my hair! more

Yes...Wendy is the bomb! Once again, she's given me an excellent cut and color all at such a reasonable price. I really need to find *something* to complain about or she's going to get cocky on me and raise her prices or become a Hair Diva instead of a Hair Ninja...lol! Hi My experience was great!@ It was my birthday and I was treated like a queen! The massage was extremely relaxing and my hair cut came out exactly what I wanted. I arrived on time at 6:15 for my appointment, but was seen at 6:30. Because I had something scheduled after, I felt rushed through the process. I didn't get my neck massage because the appointment started late. But my stylist did a wonderful job. She listened well to all of my requests and I love my hair cut. more

Keep in mind i am a very picky person when it comes to my hair and the price im going to pay. Emily was the person i was referred to by the receptionist based on my needs. I just want say that she was amazing! very sweet,friendly and also did exactly what i wanted to my hair. I came to Lux Aveda, because I am new to Orange County and I was looking for an Aveda salon, since I like the products. So I found Lux Aveda online, because they had a special. As I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and booked an appointment with Camille. Not knowing who she is, I took a chance and it was worth while. I came 20 minutes late to the appointment, and she was very nice about it, she listened to what I wanted to do and took her time and gave me a great consultation. She told me how long everything is going to take and how much it's going to cost in advance, i thought that was very considered. And it took exactly as long as she promised. She gave me a hand massage and a neck massage during the service, which I thought was amazing and very relaxing. I felt like I had the hair salon and spa experience all together. To make the story short, I walked out looking better than I thought and very relaxed. I wanted a professional cut and color and she accomplished it to perfection and better than I had in mind. I did realize that she is a perfectionist and that she cared. She had a passion about hair and talent, which I have not seen in too many hair stylists. more

Mixed reviewed ... love my hairdresser Jen! She's simply the best. However, between the parking situation and a call following service, doubtful I will return to the Lux anytime soon. Suggest they review their billing ... quoted one thing, charged another and then harassed by receptionist's phone call per manager doesn't work for me. more

Well, it was fantastic. No surprise. James cut and colored my hair. He's a true artist. I gave him a difficult request and he was up for the challange. I come from a family of hair stylists...aka hairdressor. Never have I fallen asleep in the hands of hairdresser...NEVER! I am not used to paying for a hair cut, but I can tell you this, it was truly worth every penny. So much so that I booked a message and color for friday, Yeah! I went to Emily and she was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable, which i'm normally not in salons due to negative experiences. She did exactly what I wanted on my hair. She was friendly and answered all of my questions with reassurance. I will be coming back here again. I can't believe this one experience changed my perception of salons i've built for the last 5 years. The massage before the cut doesn't hurt either :) more
