I arrived on time at 6:15 for my appointment, but was seen at 6:30. Because I had something scheduled after, I felt rushed through the process. I didn't get my neck massage because the appointment started late. But my stylist did a wonderful job. She listened well to all of my requests and I love my hair cut.
