We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. If you want to be abused this is the place. The manager mocked me and treated my complaint about a return fee as if I was pond scum. He defended his return policy which appears halfway down a full page of small print written material and argued that I had been verbally informed of the details although I had not. In fact the policy of a 20% restocking fee was never mentioned to me. I had not read the policy, but I had asked what was on the page before purchase. Jason, the manager, threatened me verbally and physically by leaning toward me and yelling at me. He acted in a hostile and belligerent manner. I really don't know if he actually processed the refund as he refused to sign my return paperwork. He marked an ""x"" instead of his signature when I \r requested his acknowledgement on the return form. This is absolutely the last place to go if you\r want to be treated well.
