WORST BOWING ALLEY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, me and my coworkers went here after having dinner to drink and bowl. the lady at the front desk could not get the number of people in our party (12) correct and the scoring screen kept turning off. after 45 minutes of this and only one and a half turns we demanded our money back....... there drink service was even worse!!! i asked for me and my wife to be charged seperatly for the two drinks i ordered. instead they came back with a bill (109.89) for EVERYONE who ordered a drink. i refused to sign and pay for it, then whent to the bar manager and was told that the total drinks bill was not charged to my card since i paid for my two drinks with cash...... then 5 days later i see a charge for $109.89 on my bank account THAT I DID NOT SIGN FOR!!!!!! only go here if you want to be robbed.... more

This is my second time here and the menu had changed for the better, plus the service was wonderful this time! We stopped in before seeing a concert at Club Nokia upstairs and they had some delicious vegetarian options (the brie and apple quesadilla can be made with no bacon bits, and the pretzel dippers are delectable!). Great experience this time around! more

Last weekend was my first time at Lucky Strike. It was the best birthday yet. The DJ was really good.The customer service was really excellent. Our waitresss was really fast and friendly. The manager even bought me a shot for my birthday. If you want a good time for your birthday with a mix of bowling and the nightlife come here. You won't regret it. more

I went with a large group for an organized Happy Hour event. This place is great for group parties - the lanes are set up lounge-style with room for food and drinks. At Happy Hour, it looks to be mostly office groups, with a few groups of friends. You can tell that the scene changes a little bit as it gets later. The food is also pretty good - a classier take on traditional bowling alley/American style comfort food. more

Those who wish to get a little tipsy and bowl.tadaaa..this is the place :) I have been to this place a couple of times,they play good music and the ambience is pretty good,and yes they have huge screens and a great bowling place!!It's a great place to be at,even on the weekdays..:) more

I came here with some friends last weekend and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating if they tried. Two fellows up front (I believe their names were Pete and Gabe) honored a coupon I had for a game for 8 friends despite the fact that we arrived well past the time it was supposed to be used. The waitresses were also super attentive with our drink orders, and the staff up front was really friendly. So welcome in a city famous for being rude! Not only that, but we had a blast. The lounge and the alley itself is gorgeous, and we were having so much fun that we didn't even care that we bowled an extremely mediocre game. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you're in town! Great drinks, good fun, nice staff. more

Way to change up bowling social scene to a more clean and chic lounge/ bar venue. I been here a few times... not a huge fan of bowling, but I like to drink so it works~ lol more

So it may be a fortune to bowl a game or two here, but I am a HUGE fan of good music, great drinks, and great food! The DJ will have you dancing in no time while you watch the music video's all over the place. And those Salmon bites? MmmmMMMMmmm...and the very dirty martini's :) If you go on a weekend night be prepared to wait for hours before a lane opens up. But at least while you wait you will be too busy having a blast to even care! more

Best place to go right after a concert lets out at the Nokia center. If your here your bound to meet someone worth meeting.. *winks*This place has got to have the best damn burger I have had in a long time!! The seating is good, the crowd is peaceful and the many places to be just really makes me feel good.. especially the patio with tons of couches and chairs more

Ok, well I came on a Tuesday night so yea, the place was mostly empty. Our bartender was awesome, our drinks were great. Cozy lounge areas and OMG, their fries taste exactly like Burger King fries, which in my opinion, are the BEST fries in the world. They have a second happy hour that I believe is M-F from 10pm to close so that big basket of delicious Burger King-tasty fries cost us $2.50! more

Waited 35 minutes to get someone to come over. Went during happy hour, had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. This is not the first time. Food sevice felt like we were at Denny's in the 1980's. Everyone around us got served. After another 40 minutes we finally got our order taken and waited an additional hour. I strongly recommend anyone who does not want to feel like they are in the rural south in Birmingham Alabama, to not support this company. I myself, heard other people complain from different friends and family and they all had an aweful experience to recall. Went here with some friends I was visiting, and we had a great time. I love the idea of the lounge, bar, bowling alley hybrid. The drinks were really good, at a totally reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend checking it out! Pros: Good Drinks, Nice Service, Atmosphere more

Came here one night because they were offering free bowling to anyone who cited L.A. Live's twitter promotion. Though the bowling was free, their terribly mixed drinks were a whopping $10 each (I had to send my Tom Collins back), parking was $10 (first two hours $5 and every subsequent hour $5 each) and don't even get me started on the food prices. If you like Ketchup and Geisha House, then you're probably accustomed to these types of things. If you're not a fan of those places, I suggest you steer-clear - just more of the same. Pros: Ehh...? first of all, i called with a chipper attitude, just to get shot down by whoever answered. when i called, i couldnt hear a thing because of all the noise, so whatever this person said when they answered, i couldnt hear, so i asked ""is this lucky strike?"" and the ass on the other line said ""ya,that what i just said"" in a VERY rude way. i made the bid mistake of still going to show some out of town friends a good time and even the freaking shoe rental guy was a jerk! even the stupid waitress! a bunch of wannabe actors work there. i'm sure of it. f$#@ that place! never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been to this establishment once and had a great time with my friends but the help SUCKED. Everyone seemed to have that ""Hollywood"" attitude for no reason. They didn't realize they were employees -not owners (no excuse for owners to be rude either). Our food was not prepared properly and nothing we ordered seemed to be available and they were not apologetic. They treated us as if we should be thankful they allowed us to bowl.\r \r Went back a couple of weeks ago. Figured I'd give it one more try. Unfortunatly the Goons at the door were still there and still just as rude. If the rule is no baggy jeans-let it be the rule but also there must be some way to know, as a staright male, just how tight jeans have to be to be considered not baggy. There's just no need to be rude about it. Parking already cost an arm and a leg and then you can't even do what you came to do? Are you kidding me? Somebody needs a lesson in Customer Service Ettiquette. AND we really can't fault the ""guys"" at the front door-they are just doing what they were told be the owner.
