Review content:
I have been to this establishment once and had a great time with my friends but the help SUCKED. Everyone seemed to have that ""Hollywood"" attitude for no reason. They didn't realize they were employees -not owners (no excuse for owners to be rude either). Our food was not prepared properly and nothing we ordered seemed to be available and they were not apologetic. They treated us as if we should be thankful they allowed us to bowl.\r \r Went back a couple of weeks ago. Figured I'd give it one more try. Unfortunatly the Goons at the door were still there and still just as rude. If the rule is no baggy jeans-let it be the rule but also there must be some way to know, as a staright male, just how tight jeans have to be to be considered not baggy. There's just no need to be rude about it. Parking already cost an arm and a leg and then you can't even do what you came to do? Are you kidding me? Somebody needs a lesson in Customer Service Ettiquette. AND we really can't fault the ""guys"" at the front door-they are just doing what they were told be the owner. SO shame on the owner of Lucky Strike LA Live!\r \r Will NEVER go back. No rating earned but because I could not publish without one I give it 1star. Cons: The Goons at the front door
