Good company to rent from. I am a happy resident and I cant say Ive ever had any issues. I have had work orders done quicker than anywhere else Ive rented. I have never had any problems with other tenants or crime or in the area. I will definitely be recommending the Lucaya House for sure!!~ more

Lucaya House was my first home. It has been so far a good experience. I have lived here for 6 years and I haven't had a lot of problems. My work orders were always done so quick and the maintenance guys were really nice and explained everything to me. They never came over un-announced unless there was an emergency. I have always dealt with the ladies in the office and I've never had an issue with them. Even when I wasn't able to pay my rent on time. Yes I still got late fees, but that's part of their job. Its just like a car payment, if your late you get penalties. I was always able to make payment arrangements if I needed. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. more
